Orders received before 1PM CST typically go out the same day. Any changes or add-ons to your order may cause a delay in the shipping. If there happens to be any problem with an order, we will place a courtesy phone call first and may send an email if customer does not answer.

Our primary method of shipping is via UPS. The number of delivery days is based on business days, after the shipping day (not including holidays, Saturdays or Sundays). Keep in mind UPS Ground orders gives an expected day of arrival and may vary.

UPS offers guaranteed time-definite and day-definite delivery based on your shipment's destination. Please remember that most rush delivery charges are based on dimensional weight or real weight (whichever is greater) and result in higher freight charges. All shipments have a chance to be delayed by weather-related or transportation problems, which are not subject to freight refunds or adjustments.

Another available carrier is USPS by request. At our discretion, Balloon World may ship via USPS due to faster times or better rates for the customer. Our USPS pick-up times vary on daily basis and may take an extra day to go out or to schedule a pick-up time with USPS. When calculating shipping days with USPS, keep in mind they deliver on Saturdays.

Balloon World is not responsible for any lost shipments. If a loss happens, we will make every effort to get your order to you or resolved.

RETURNS

All returns must be authorized by Balloon World. Any product returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and customer will be responsible for shipping charges if they choose to get it back. Returns must be in the original packing materials without any damages to product or the packaging, along with a copy of the invoice. Product returned not in compliance with company policy is subject to refusal.

Non-defective product returns may be subject to a 25% restocking service fee.

Defective products must be returned within 30 days of purchase at the customer's expense. Damaged and/or defective products are replaced or credited at the discretion of Balloon World.

Balloons that have been punctured or cut will not be accepted. Products that have been abused or misused are not subject to return.

If you did not receive merchandise you ordered or received incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Your satisfaction is important to us.

Seasonal, sales, specials and pre-inflated products are not returnable.

Liability Policy: Your sole and complete remedy against Balloon World is limited to the return and replacement of said merchandise. You shall have no right against Balloon World for incidental or consequential damages. We are not liable for any other damages or claims.
